What functions are available on the kiosk?
Your patients will be able to check-in for their appointment, make co-payments/balance due payments as well as verify demographic and insurance information.
How much maintenance is required?
Aside from periodically cleaning the exterior of the kiosk, and replenishing the printer paper, your staff will have little on-going maintenance to perform.  The annual maintenance agreement will cover the hardware and software maintenance.
What is needed to connect the kiosk?
You will simply need an electrical and network connection.
What percentage of patients can use the kiosk?
We have found that between 70% and 90% of patients can utilize a kiosk.  In cases where a patient’s insurance coverage or address has changed the kiosk would refer the patient to your staff.
