As with any computer based system, problems will arise from time to time. Tangible Solutions stands ready to help you with our in-house support staff. We are glad to take ownership of your issues and work until there is a resolution. We seek to resolve all issues brought to our attention without referring you to a third party.

Our support team is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. We understand that your office may have different operating hours, thus Tangible’s automated telephone system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
